After a defensive mix-up in Heia Start's zone, Johannes Vikane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Hindenes in the 31st minute of play forced Heia Start's goalkeeper Nikolai Sem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, The Wave FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bård Seierstad came free, but Espen Nordeng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jim Kapstad kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When Morten Sirevåg came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Heia Start fans jumped to their feet.
