Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jørn Helmersen took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Niklas Klokk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ysteby IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Jørgen Narvestad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Klokk in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute Jonathan Alm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jørgen Narvestad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jørgen Narvestad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Lindland in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niklas Klokk got free with Jørgen Narvestad in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Didrik Moe hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the game, Jonathan Alm recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jørgen Narvestad. Jonathan Alm showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 26 played minutes Ysteby IF got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Rolandsen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jørn Helmersen in the 29th minute of play forced Ysteby IF's goalkeeper Ådne Hogstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jørn Helmersen in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ådne Hogstad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 35 minutes of play, Ysteby IF's Martin Lindland made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jørgen Narvestad was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, Finnsdal's goalkeeper Jørgen Narvestad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niklas Klokk. Jørgen Narvestad made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Niklas Klokk sent off a good shot on target. Finnsdal's Jørgen Narvestad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alm in the 43rd minute of play. Jørgen Narvestad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Sperre in the 45th minute of play. Jørgen Narvestad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Alm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Alm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Ysteby IF's Jonathan Alm made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jørgen Narvestad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Alm took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jørgen Narvestad. Jørgen Narvestad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Jan-Arne Didriksen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ådne Hogstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Ysteby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Didrik Moe came free, but Ådne Hogstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Finnsdal getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Didrik Moe hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Finnsdal defense, Lukas Sperre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jørgen Narvestad. The Finnsdal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jørgen Narvestad should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute of the match, Jan-Arne Didriksen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ådne Hogstad saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 90 played minutes Finnsdal got a freekick which was hit by Didrik Moe. Niklas Klokk scored 8-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jørgen Narvestad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Ysteby IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
