Spectators: 7555 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aleksander Lian kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Ormavik IF's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Kristian Espedal came free, but David Corneliussen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ragnar Anderssen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Corneliussen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Anderssen in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Aleksander Lian tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Patrik Grude saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mile Fotballklubb's Patrik Grude played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Lian in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ormavik IF's zone, Ragnar Anderssen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Corneliussen came out of the goal and Ragnar Anderssen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Corneliussen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Anderssen in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Hans-Kristian Espedal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mile Fotballklubb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans-Kristian Espedal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Anderssen in the 47th minute of play forced Ormavik IF's goalkeeper David Corneliussen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans-Kristian Espedal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samuel Skarstein tried in the game's 54th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy David Corneliussen. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. Hans-Kristian Espedal struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. David Corneliussen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mile Fotballklubb. Patrik Grude made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Korsnes in the 66th minute of play. Wilhelm Mathiesen kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Ragnar Anderssen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans-Kristian Espedal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mile Fotballklubb booed when Ormavik IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilhelm Mathiesen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 played minutes Ormavik IF got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Skarstein. Patrik Grude came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Ormavik IF's Aleksander Lian. But to his dismay, Aleksander Lian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Wilhelm Mathiesen's late challenge caught a Mile Fotballklubb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilhelm Mathiesen helped the player get up and apologised. Wilhelm Mathiesen hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Ragnar Anderssen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Corneliussen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Kristian Espedal, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. If Hans-Kristian Espedal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ormavik IF players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
