The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ole-Jostein Serigstad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stig-Inge Rikstad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Otto Heier made a huge save. The supporters of Sandecja Nowy Sącz booed when Selbak TIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roar Misje didn't get a good kick on the ball. The penalty shot was made by Henning Holvik, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Selbak TIF's Vetle Nerdal. 1-0. In the 73rd minute Chris Os shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vetle Nerdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vetle Nerdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ole-Petter Greve in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Selbak TIF's Johan Risnes got a free kick in the 75th minute. Erland Berland's late challenge caught a Selbak TIF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erland Berland helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Selbak TIF booed when Sandecja Nowy Sącz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erland Berland didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ole-Jostein Serigstad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vetle Nerdal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 91 minutes into the game, Chris Os cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vetle Nerdal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Selbak TIF's Vetle Nerdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ole-Petter Greve in the 97th minute of play. Sandecja Nowy Sącz's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
