Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Christian Høyland kicked off to start the match. Christian Høyland might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvard Holtan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Høyland ran back to his position shaking his head. Kenneth Thomsen hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. A collision led to Skaun getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Daniel Bashir hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Christian Høyland notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Skaun's Edvard Holtan. Edvard Holtan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christian Høyland succeeded in the game's 20th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. 25 minutes into the game, Karl Nordahl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Edvard Holtan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Christian Høyland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tor-Andre Viken during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tor-Andre Viken hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Fonnes's Peder Sandland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai-Arne Kvaløy in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Skaun's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Nordahl came free, but Edvard Holtan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Høyland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edvard Holtan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Nordahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Stig Hveem made the kick off in the second half. Edvard Holtan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Høyland in the 54th minute of the match. Fonnes's Peder Sandland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Karoliussen in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Jakob Skjerve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Skaun's Daniel Bashir got a free kick in the 67th minute. Peder Sandland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Hveem in the 71st minute of play. Carl Ørmen's late challenge caught a Skaun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carl Ørmen helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Fonnes got a freekick which was hit by Carl Ørmen. Julius Skjevik kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Skaun's Edvard Holtan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Høyland in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Skaun's Børge Fossnes got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 92 played minutes, Fonnes's Kristian Sommerseth shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edvard Holtan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fonnes reached it. After having played for 95 minutes, Karl Nordahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fonnes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Nordahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fonnes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
