Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) If Johannes Lavik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trygve Berge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Lavik in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Kristian Sylta in the 6th minute of play forced Red Army's goalkeeper Trygve Berge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Arne Skovly hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Red Army's Trygve Berge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Kristian Sylta in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johannes Lavik in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trygve Berge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute Hans-Kristian Sylta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trygve Berge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans-Kristian Sylta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Trygve Berge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hans-Kristian Sylta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trygve Berge having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Red Army's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Kristian Sylta came free, but Trygve Berge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johannes Lavik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Trygve Berge having to make a save. In the 29thth minute of the game Johannes Lavik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Army's Trygve Berge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Trygve Berge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Kristian Sylta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sigve Haveland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cent Kleiveland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Hans-Kristian Sylta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trygve Berge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Red Army's zone, Johannes Lavik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trygve Berge came out of the goal and Johannes Lavik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Red Army's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Kristian Sylta came free, but Trygve Berge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hans-Kristian Sylta to strike the kick off in the second half. Johannes Lavik struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Trygve Berge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Åsen. After 53 played minutes Red Army got a freekick which was hit by Jimmy Myrhaug. FK Åsen's Johannes Lavik got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Red Army's Trygve Berge got control of the ball when Hans-Kristian Sylta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johannes Lavik was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience was convinced that Hans-Kristian Sylta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trygve Berge was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Hans-Kristian Sylta managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Åsen's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans-Kristian Sylta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trygve Berge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trygve Berge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johannes Lavik in the 76th minute. Sigve Haveland hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Red Army's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Johannes Lavik scored to the left of an out of position Trygve Berge, making the score, 0-2. Trygve Berge came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by FK Åsen's Johannes Lavik. But to his dismay, Johannes Lavik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Red Army's Trygve Berge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Red Army from getting a goal against them. Red Army's Trygve Berge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Kristian Sylta in the 92nd minute of play. Hans-Kristian Sylta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FK Åsen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
