In the 9th minute Stig-Inge Ryland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan Gunnerud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Peder Sandbakken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Småland BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peder Sandbakken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eric Husevåg hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Stig-Inge Ryland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Småland BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Inge Ryland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Naldo Koehler's late challenge caught a Småland BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Naldo Koehler helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Småland BF booed when Bagaregårdens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. 程勇超 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, Småland BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olav Gravem to maneuver through the defense. If Naldo Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Sandbakken in the 32nd minute of play forced Bagaregårdens IF's goalkeeper Alan Gunnerud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Naldo Koehler hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Peder Sandbakken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Småland BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peder Sandbakken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Bagaregårdens IF's 程勇超 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Øystein Jentoft narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If 程勇超 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 程勇超 to make the kick off. Naldo Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Alan Gunnerud was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sebastian Wennberg. When Peder Sandbakken came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Småland BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peder Sandbakken couldn't finish the play. Bagaregårdens IF's 程勇超 got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 程勇超 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Øystein Jentoft tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Naldo Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bagaregårdens IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Naldo Koehler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Naldo Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Øystein Jentoft tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. He was hit so badly that he fractured his arm. 68 minutes into the game, Magnus Mæland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Småland BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bagaregårdens IF the free kick. In the 69th minute, Magnus Mæland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Naldo Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bagaregårdens IF's Naldo Koehler got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Naldo Koehler off the ground. Naldo Koehler hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bagaregårdens IF booed when Småland BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. After some careless play in the Småland BF defense, Sander Nygård kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Øystein Jentoft. The Småland BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Øystein Jentoft should have stopped the shot. Sander Nygård came free in the 87th minute and tried to tip the ball over Øystein Jentoft, but to the joy of Småland BF's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. When the referee ended the match the Bagaregårdens IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
