Jan-Kenneth Steinsvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didrik Løvlie having to interfere. Sundset Isminov F.C's John-Edvin Furre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bård Trones in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bård Trones in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John-Edvin Furre saved Sundset Isminov F.C from getting behind. John-Edvin Furre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bård Trones in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Sundset Isminov F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ragnar Fremstad to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Sundset Isminov F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Bård Trones came free, but John-Edvin Furre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Jørgen Tengesdal made a precise shot to the right of John-Edvin Furre. Sundset Isminov F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Ragnar Fremstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tysseland FF's Audun Grønnevik couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sundset Isminov F.C. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bård Trones in the 29th minute of play forced Sundset Isminov F.C's goalkeeper John-Edvin Furre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sundset Isminov F.C booed when Tysseland FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesper Roe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristen Silseth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Kenneth Steinsvik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristen Silseth in the 46th minute of play forced Tysseland FF's goalkeeper Didrik Løvlie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute Jan-Kenneth Steinsvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didrik Løvlie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan-Kenneth Steinsvik was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristen Silseth got free with Didrik Løvlie in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tor-Kristian Knudsen hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Bård Trones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Didrik Løvlie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Kenneth Steinsvik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John-Edvin Furre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bård Trones, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Jan-Kenneth Steinsvik charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Kenneth Steinsvik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ken Gunnes during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Sundset Isminov F.C defense, Bård Trones kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John-Edvin Furre. The Sundset Isminov F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John-Edvin Furre should have stopped the shot. Tysseland FF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sundset Isminov F.C for a fine match.
