Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Øksne's Truls Lian started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ramazan Akkurt came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Bukseløs Ball fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramazan Akkurt couldn't finish the play. If Arne Plassen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Bukseløs Ball's goal looked a bit too open when Truls Lian came free, but Arthur Dirdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Øksne's Truls Lian dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Eirik Bonsaksen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramazan Akkurt in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Øksne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon-Inge Lundgård to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Arthur Dirdal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Børge Muren hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Arthur Dirdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Truls Lian in the 34th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Arne Plassen made a precise shot to the right of Arthur Dirdal. Bukseløs Ball's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 46th minute, Øksne's Truls Lian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arthur Dirdal. Arthur Dirdal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramazan Akkurt was the one to do the kick off. Truls Lian charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Truls Lian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes Øksne got a freekick which was hit by Truls Lian. After some careless play in the Bukseløs Ball defense, Truls Lian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arthur Dirdal. The Bukseløs Ball fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arthur Dirdal should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Plassen in the 66th minute of play forced Bukseløs Ball's goalkeeper Arthur Dirdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Arne Plassen came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Øksne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Plassen couldn't finish the play. Eirik Bonsaksen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arne Plassen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Arthur Dirdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Truls Lian in the 93rd minute of play forced Bukseløs Ball's goalkeeper Arthur Dirdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bukseløs Ball's Arthur Dirdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Truls Lian in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Øksne fully deserved thier win.
