The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, finnøy youth academy f.c's John Bendixen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Deimantas Najulis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, John Bendixen managed to get in a good position for a shot. finnøy youth academy f.c's supporters rose to their feet, but John Bendixen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Deimantas Najulis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Brænden struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Tor-Kristian Hoseth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ORLE. Erik Egeland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor-Kristian Hoseth having to interfere. When Thomas Brænden came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the FC ORLE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Brænden couldn't finish the play. With his leg Tor-Kristian Hoseth managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when FC ORLE's Erik Egeland fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thomas Brænden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29thth minute of the game Erik Egeland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but finnøy youth academy f.c's Tor-Kristian Hoseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erik Egeland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Tor-Kristian Hoseth made a huge save. Erik Egeland in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tor-Kristian Hoseth, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tor-Kristian Hoseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morten Rånes in the 35th minute of play. In the 43rd minute John Bendixen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deimantas Najulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, finnøy youth academy f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Brænden came free, but Tor-Kristian Hoseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Finn-Christian Sommerstad made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Erik Egeland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but finnøy youth academy f.c's Tor-Kristian Hoseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tor-Kristian Hoseth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Egeland's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Erik Egeland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC ORLE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Thomas Brænden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Egeland in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tor-Kristian Hoseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 minutes of play, FC ORLE's Erik Egeland made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tor-Kristian Hoseth was left in no man's land by his defense there! finnøy youth academy f.c's Tor-Kristian Hoseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Egeland in the 88th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Egeland in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tor-Kristian Hoseth saved finnøy youth academy f.c from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Egeland in the 93rd minute of play forced finnøy youth academy f.c's goalkeeper Tor-Kristian Hoseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morten Rånes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that FC ORLE were the better team. FC ORLE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
