A hard shot 26 in the game by Erik Egeland from a close distance when the talented Johan Grønlund managed to make a qualified save. Skagen FF's players were relieved. After 26 played minutes Skagen FF got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Fonnes. A hard shot by Thomas Brænden from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Johan Grønlund's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Deimantas Najulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjetil Seim in the 31st minute of play. Kjetil Seim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deimantas Najulis having to interfere. Kjetil Seim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute of the match, Erik Egeland got a very nice opportunity to score, but Johan Grønlund was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Skagen FF's Thomas Drabløs got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjetil Seim in the 46th minute of play forced FC ORLE's goalkeeper Deimantas Najulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Erik Egeland made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, FC ORLE's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Fonnes came free, but Deimantas Najulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Egeland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Johan Grønlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johan Grønlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Egeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Egeland in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johan Grønlund saved Skagen FF from getting behind.
