Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jo Danielsen made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Braemdsund's Sigve Holt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cato Fjell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Ronny Stensby managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braemdsund's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronny Stensby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cato Fjell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, Jo Danielsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sigve Holt during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Braemdsund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigve Holt to maneuver through the defense. Cato Fjell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikael Nergaard in the 18th minute. In the 19th match minute, Atterås was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikolai Jevne to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Nergaard got free with Cato Fjell in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronny Stensby received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cato Fjell came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronny Stensby slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 21st minute. With a little luck, Atterås's Cato Fjell got control of the ball when Mikael Nergaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cato Fjell came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Braemdsund's Ronny Stensby. But to his dismay, Ronny Stensby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to Braemdsund getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Sigve Holt hit a great ball. Carl Sandø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eivind Solli having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Atterås's goalkeeper Cato Fjell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Nergaard. After having played for 35 minutes, Ronny Stensby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braemdsund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronny Stensby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cato Fjell made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Mikael Nergaard sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, Ronny Stensby dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cato Fjell, 4-0. In the 45th minute, Ronny Stensby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute, Atterås's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sigve Holt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronny Stensby made a kick off. Cato Fjell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Worren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mikael Nergaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cato Fjell having to interfere. Mikael Nergaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Cato Fjell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronny Stensby took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cato Fjell. Cato Fjell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. If Sigve Holt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Atterås's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Nergaard came free, but Cato Fjell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Stensby scored 6-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cato Fjell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mikael Nergaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikael Nergaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronny Stensby's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cato Fjell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. If Mikael Nergaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronny Stensby in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cato Fjell saved Atterås from getting behind. Cato Fjell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Stensby, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Braemdsund had played much better football throughout.
