Spectators: 7295 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Harald Schrøder took the kick off in the first half of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 3rd minute when Ronny Stensby elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sigve Holt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Joachim Østgård when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 7th minute Cornelius Friestad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eivind Solli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelius Friestad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Eivind Solli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harald Schrøder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Harald Schrøder notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Braemdsund's Eivind Solli. Eivind Solli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joachim Østgård made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Mikael Nergaard sent off a good shot on target. Arild Ulvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Østgård having to interfere. In the 38th minute of the match, Ronny Stensby tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joachim Østgård saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 44 minutes of play, Junkerdalen BK's Harald Schrøder made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eivind Solli was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Junkerdalen BK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The long shot by Mads Bratvold in the 53rd minute really tested Eivind Solli's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Edgard Øksnes charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Øksnes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Braemdsund's Edgard Øksnes got a free kick in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harald Schrøder in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eivind Solli saved Braemdsund from getting behind. Harald Schrøder struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Eivind Solli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Junkerdalen BK. Ronny Stensby struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Joachim Østgård didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braemdsund. Harald Schrøder scored 1-3 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eivind Solli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joachim Østgård showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Nergaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Mikael Nergaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joachim Østgård. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikael Nergaard ran back to his position shaking his head. Eivind Solli made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Cornelius Friestad sent off a good shot on target. Mikael Nergaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Junkerdalen BK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
