Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lucian Covataru took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gelu Dragomir who took care of the corner kick. The corner led UFC Mahmudie's Gelu Dragomir to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dedé Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after UFC Mahmudie's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. In the 11th minute of the match, Lucian Covataru tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nichifor Arșanu kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dedé Alves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Emil Ciuvică tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match UFC Mahmudie got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gelu Dragomir ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led UFC Mahmudie's Gelu Dragomir to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Laurențiu Cinteză came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the UFC Mahmudie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurențiu Cinteză couldn't finish the play. Dedé Alves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Major Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lucian Covataru fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UFC Mahmudie's protests and gave Lucian Covataru a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, UFC Mahmudie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Covataru to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 62nd minute Laurențiu Cinteză shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Emil Ciuvică's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Dedé Alves made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, UFC Mahmudie's Dedé Alves got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Hungary fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Hungary's Antal Valentin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. UFC Mahmudie made a substitution. Mihăiţă Cristea replaced Narcis Pârlea. 89 minutes into the game, Sandu Alexa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UFC Mahmudie's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Hungary's Balogh Bela was substituted for Vörös Henrik. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandu Alexa in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dedé Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 94th minute. Sandu Alexa took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Hungary were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing UFC Mahmudie to leave the ground with a draw.
