Kamben BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nykland BK the free kick. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bastian Korsvold to make the kick off. Kamben BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bastian Korsvold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Ståle Bjørgum fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Fred Haagensen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastian Korsvold in the 82nd minute of play. Bastian Korsvold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nykland BK's zone, Roald Venås stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Haagensen came out of the goal and Roald Venås tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes of play Nykland BK's Theodor Baltzersen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Nykland BK's Theodor Baltzersen got a free kick in the 90th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bastian Korsvold in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fred Haagensen prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
