Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fabian Røhne took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 8th match minute, Østabø BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Røhne to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute of the match Gard Skogvoll sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Are Slåtten skillfully saved the ball. If Fabian Røhne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens Kvalsund during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Østabø BK booed when Draugen FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Kvalsund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tore Robertsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Vabø having to interfere. Stein Albrigtsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Are Slåtten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Paul Bauge charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paul Bauge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 21 minutes into the game, one of Draugen FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 27 minutes into the match, Østabø BK's goal looked a bit too open when Stein Albrigtsen came free, but Are Slåtten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Østabø BK's Tore Robertsen got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tore Robertsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Fabian Røhne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Vabø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Steinar Solstrand made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Tore Robertsen made a precise shot to the right of Roger Vabø. Draugen FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Stein Albrigtsen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 61st match minute, Draugen FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halvdan Brun to maneuver through the defense. Christer Røv charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christer Røv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Draugen FK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Christer Røv hit a great ball. Østabø BK's Are Slåtten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Østabø BK from getting a goal against them. Draugen FK's Jens Kvalsund suffered a concussion after 72 minutes and had to leave the field. 72 minutes into the game, Thomas Lohne was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Østabø BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Draugen FK the free kick. Thomas Lohne kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 75 minutes of play, Østabø BK's Fabian Røhne made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roger Vabø was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stein Albrigtsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Are Slåtten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Østabø BK's Tore Robertsen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roger Vabø narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Draugen FK's André Ødegård got a free kick in the 85th minute. Fabian Røhne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tore Robertsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Østabø BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
