Drammen Saints FC's Tormod Vestvik got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lars-Erik Myklebost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, Skogfoss's goal looked a bit too open when Tormod Vestvik came free, but John Borgersen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Tormod Vestvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Borgersen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars-Erik Myklebost sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John Borgersen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tormod Vestvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Jonathan Fossen charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Fossen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Fossen hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Skogfoss's goal looked a bit too open when Tormod Vestvik came free, but John Borgersen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skogfoss's John Borgersen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tormod Vestvik in the 39th minute of play. When Lars-Erik Myklebost came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Drammen Saints FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars-Erik Myklebost couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Drammen Saints FC's Tormod Vestvik ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind John Borgersen. John Borgersen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. John Borgersen didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tormod Vestvik made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tormod Vestvik in the 53rd minute of play forced Skogfoss's goalkeeper John Borgersen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Borgersen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tormod Vestvik in the 57th minute of the match. Erland Bergesen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. John Borgersen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Tormod Vestvik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drammen Saints FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tormod Vestvik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. John Borgersen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. John Borgersen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tormod Vestvik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lars-Erik Myklebost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Skogfoss's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Berisha came free, but John Borgersen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Tormod Vestvik sped through Skogfoss's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of John Borgersen. In the 72nd minute, Christoffer Selnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tormod Vestvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Borgersen having to interfere. John Borgersen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vidar Berisha went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Tormod Vestvik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Tormod Vestvik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skogfoss's John Borgersen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Lars-Erik Myklebost got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Christoffer Selnes fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skogfoss's protests and gave Christoffer Selnes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Christoffer Selnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tormod Vestvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Drammen Saints FC fully deserved thier win.
