Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joachim Bjørndalen kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Joachim Bjørndalen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alexander Flaa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joakim Rønnestad came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Plankenesbugten FF's Tord Nordhus. But to his dismay, Tord Nordhus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bjørnar Hagelund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Flaa having to interfere. Alexander Flaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Bjørndalen in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Ura getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Knut Sørby hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Tord Nordhus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joakim Rønnestad was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After 35 minutes of play, Ura's Joachim Bjørndalen made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Flaa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joachim Bjørndalen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alexander Flaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Knut Sørby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Knut Sørby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bjørnar Hagelund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Joachim Bjørndalen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Steffen Johnstad made the kick off in the second half. If Joachim Bjørndalen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarl Omholt kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Joachim Bjørndalen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Flaa having to interfere. Joachim Bjørndalen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Alexander Flaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 played minutes Ura got a freekick which was hit by Kjartan Petterson. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Tord Nordhus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plankenesbugten FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Tord Nordhus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joakim Rønnestad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute Tord Nordhus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Rønnestad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexander Flaa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bjørnar Hagelund in the 78th minute. Joachim Bjørndalen struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Alexander Flaa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ura. Alexander Flaa made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Bjørnar Hagelund sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fredrik Lyng during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Plankenesbugten FF getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Fredrik Lyng hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Tord Nordhus notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Ura's Joakim Rønnestad. Joakim Rønnestad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ura were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
