Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5673, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dejl United's Julian Bremseth started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Erik Hellevik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 played minutes, Sauane's Leon Øvrum shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Henning Ravnås came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sauane reached it. If Tor Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dejl United's Mons Moberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Tor Roland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Ravnås having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Oddvar Liland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sauane's supporters rose to their feet, but Oddvar Liland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Ravnås breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Dejl United's zone, Sebastian Tonheim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Ravnås came out of the goal and Sebastian Tonheim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albert Hall kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Mons Moberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute Julian Bremseth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Finsrud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Kasper Seppola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Tor Roland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henning Ravnås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor Roland in the 40th minute of play. Frode Heggem kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Tor Roland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexander Kvernmo's late challenge caught a Sauane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Kvernmo helped the player get up and apologised. Alexander Kvernmo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Oddvar Liland in the 53rd minute of play forced Dejl United's goalkeeper Henning Ravnås to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Finsrud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Bremseth, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Sauane's goal looked a bit too open when Mons Moberg came free, but Christian Finsrud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 minutes of play, Dejl United's Mons Moberg made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Finsrud was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Finsrud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mons Moberg in the 59th minute of the match. Mons Moberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Finsrud having to make a save. Henning Ravnås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tor Roland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes Dejl United got a freekick which was hit by Albert Hall. 71 minutes into the game, Tor Roland recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Henning Ravnås. Tor Roland showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Terje Sørvik charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Terje Sørvik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dejl United's Terje Sørvik got a free kick in the 75th minute. Sauane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tor Roland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 80 played minutes Dejl United got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Kvernmo. Dejl United's Henning Ravnås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tor Roland in the 84th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Dejl United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mons Moberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute of the match Sauane got a corner. Dejl United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sebastian Sandbakken ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 89 minutes Dejl United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sebastian Sandbakken who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Sauane's corner Sebastian Sandbakken fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henning Ravnås quite easily take care of the ball. Fabian Sandsmark kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Sebastian Sandbakken was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Tor Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
