Spectators: 7662 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hans Fuglestad got the match started through his kick off. Trond Nesheim had several of the Haugli's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 3 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Rune Gustavson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Haugli's Hans Fuglestad got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Fuglestad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Fuglestad, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Nicasio Tiso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 11th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 12th minute, Trond Nesheim reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rune Gustavson. The goal made the score 2-0. Vasstrand's Martin Fuglestad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Fuglestad in the 15th minute of play. Jon Englund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Gustavson having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the match Elias Greve sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Fuglestad skillfully saved the ball. Trond Nesheim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Tiso got free with Rune Gustavson in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 29 in the game by Trond Nesheim from a close distance when the talented Rune Gustavson managed to make a qualified save. Haugli's players were relieved. 30 minutes into the match, Haugli's goalkeeper Rune Gustavson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Trond Nesheim. Trond Nesheim did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Rune Gustavson 31 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Haugli's Rune Gustavson got control of the ball when Nicasio Tiso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Trond Nesheim struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Rune Gustavson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vasstrand. Rune Gustavson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Trond Nesheim in the 40th minute. Vasstrand were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Haugli's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jim Sundt took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jim Sundt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rune Gustavson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ørjan Fjelde hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Trond Nesheim to make the kick off. In the 56thth minute of the game Trond Nesheim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haugli's Rune Gustavson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Radostin Perduhov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Gustavson having to interfere. Radostin Perduhov struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Rune Gustavson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vasstrand. Stig Eik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Martin Fuglestad made a huge save. Jan-Kenneth Andersen's late challenge caught a Haugli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Kenneth Andersen helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Vasstrand got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Kenneth Andersen. Haugli's Stig Eik got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicasio Tiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rune Gustavson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon Englund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Rune Gustavson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Englund in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Gustavson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rune Gustavson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trond Nesheim's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Nicasio Tiso took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Gustavson. Rune Gustavson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. If Trond Nesheim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Vasstrand were the better team. Vasstrand's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
