Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Håheim made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arne Søreide during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Åsmundvåg booed when Rikstad BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Søreide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Håheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Knut Grøtterud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aslak Oshaug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute, Rikard Brastad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Håheim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans Molvik charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans Molvik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th minute, one of Åsmundvåg:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Åsmundvåg. Åsmundvåg's Ole-Petter Løver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håvard Krog in the 30th minute of play. Aslak Oshaug fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ole-Petter Løver having to interfere. Adam Frafjord kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Aslak Oshaug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rikstad BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Aslak Oshaug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ole-Petter Løver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, Håvard Krog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Håvard Krog in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ole-Petter Løver prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Knut Grøtterud stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rikard Brastad's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Håvard Krog made a kick off. Arne Søreide hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 56thth minute of the game Håvard Krog who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åsmundvåg's Ole-Petter Løver was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Rikstad BK booed when Åsmundvåg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikolai Austnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Rikstad BK's Aslak Oshaug sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ole-Petter Løver narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 62 minutes, Håvard Krog managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rikstad BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Håvard Krog was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ole-Petter Løver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aslak Oshaug, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Rikstad BK's goalkeeper Knut Grøtterud had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rikard Brastad. Ole-Petter Løver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aslak Oshaug in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Åsmundvåg's goal looked a bit too open when Håvard Krog came free, but Ole-Petter Løver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rikard Brastad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Knut Grøtterud made a huge save. After 80 played minutes, Rikstad BK's Arne Søreide shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ole-Petter Løver came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rikstad BK reached it. Aslak Oshaug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Aslak Oshaug made a precise shot to the right of Ole-Petter Løver. Åsmundvåg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Daniel Håheim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
