If Thomas Pettersen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ståle Bugten made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Aslak Oshaug sent off a good shot on target. Håvard Krog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ståle Bugten having to interfere. Mineberget MZK's Ståle Bugten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aslak Oshaug in the 38th minute of play. Mineberget MZK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Håvard Krog 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0.

In the 52nd minute, Håvard Krog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mineberget MZK's Ståle Bugten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aslak Oshaug in the 65th minute of play. 3-0 became the score in the 66th minute when Håvard Krog elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Håvard Krog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ståle Bugten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aslak Oshaug in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Aslak Oshaug left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rikstad BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Håvard Krog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ståle Bugten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Rikstad BK's Aslak Oshaug sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ståle Bugten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 95 minutes into the game, Andreas Brandvold was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mineberget MZK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rikstad BK the free kick. Ståle Bugten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Håvard Krog went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rikstad BK fully deserved thier win.
