The tension between the Iskra Narzym and the Barkåker FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Barkåker FF booed when Iskra Narzym was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Kleveland didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Samuel Rong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barkåker FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Rong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edvard Hadland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Andresen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Barkåker FF booed when Iskra Narzym was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymond Steinnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Samuel Rong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rolf Finne in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hans Gleditsch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Barkåker FF booed when Iskra Narzym was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Tengesdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ove Martinsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emil Andresen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Edvard Hadland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hans Gleditsch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Rong went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Iskra Narzym defense, Samuel Rong kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hans Gleditsch. The Iskra Narzym fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans Gleditsch should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Edvard Hadland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Martinsen in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute Samuel Rong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Gleditsch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolf Finne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roald Nedrebø hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Iskra Narzym's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolf Finne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barkåker FF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
