Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Metod Mlynar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leontin Panaitoiu. FERRARI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Metod Mlynar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 12 minutes, Metod Mlynar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slovakia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Metod Mlynar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 minutes, Metod Mlynar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slovakia and the FERRARI players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Metod Mlynar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner ended in Remus Cernea almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Slovakia's Henrich Slany did a great save. Henrich Slany didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stasio Makomaski went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Metod Mlynar took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leontin Panaitoiu. Leontin Panaitoiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Metod Mlynar might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leontin Panaitoiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Metod Mlynar ran back to his position shaking his head. Leif Johansson made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Slovakia's Kornel Jahoda. After 32 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Metod Mlynar. Slovakia's Henrich Slany proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Slovakia from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Metod Mlynar made a precise shot to the right of Leontin Panaitoiu. FERRARI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Metod Mlynar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Makomaski in the 41st minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Holub in the 44th minute of play forced FERRARI's goalkeeper Leontin Panaitoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FERRARI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Slovakia were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Metod Mlynar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Makomaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pavol Koleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Dinu in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Cernea in the 57th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Narcis Dinu came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Metod Mlynar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Leontin Panaitoiu made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stasio Makomaski in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henrich Slany saved Slovakia from getting behind. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcis Dinu in the 68th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, FERRARI's Stasio Makomaski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrich Slany narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kornel Jahoda thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Henrich Slany, a very annoying self made goal in the 74th minute which led to 3-3. Metod Mlynar was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Metod Mlynar kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Pavol Koleno fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narcis Dinu in the 84th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Stasio Makomaski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavol Koleno fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 95th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
