In the 3rd minute, Hauk Rostad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bergseid FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Theodor Bashir during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bergseid FF getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ludvik Bævre hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Nymark IL's Jonathan Løvberg tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 14 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Bergseid FF's Hauk Rostad fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Daniel Melheim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjetil Nesvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Brage Johnsrud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Stein-Roger Haraldsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nymark IL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bergseid FF the free kick. Kristen Sletner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halvor Reinholdtsen in the 27th minute of the match. Halvor Reinholdtsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hauk Rostad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Brage Johnsrud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kjetil Nesvik in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Brage Johnsrud, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Brage Johnsrud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kjetil Nesvik in the 45th minute. Henrik Grønvold hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hauk Rostad to make the kick off. Kevin Straume in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kristen Sletner, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hauk Rostad kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Kjetil Nesvik notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Nymark IL's Brage Johnsrud. Brage Johnsrud was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Halvor Reinholdtsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nymark IL's supporters rose to their feet, but Halvor Reinholdtsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristen Sletner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Bergseid FF fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Bergseid FF's Hauk Rostad looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hauk Rostad struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Brage Johnsrud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergseid FF. If Hauk Rostad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84thth minute of the game Kjetil Nesvik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nymark IL's Brage Johnsrud was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 84 minutes, Remi Aarseth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nymark IL and the Bergseid FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Remi Aarseth hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Kjetil Nesvik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kristen Sletner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halvor Reinholdtsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Ludvik Bævre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bergseid FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludvik Bævre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brage Johnsrud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bergseid FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
