Lars-Olav Alme made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kjetil Sandersen. An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Sebastian Øksendal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 19 minutes into the game, Hans-Petter Kielland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frakken BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Random Heroes IL the free kick. If Robert Myran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Random Heroes IL's Robert Myran got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Random Heroes IL's Kristian Mossige played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjetil Sandersen in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Albert Selle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Random Heroes IL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Frakken BK the free kick. In the 38th minute Kjetil Sandersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Mossige saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match Frakken BK got a corner. Random Heroes IL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lars-Olav Alme ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lars-Olav Alme made a great header on Frakken BK's corner, it was just that Random Heroes IL's Kristian Mossige managed to reach the ball for a save. Eirik Bartnes scored 1-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kjell Hagland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eirik Bartnes to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Eirik Bartnes sped through Frakken BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kjell Hagland. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Eirik Bartnes put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kjell Hagland. Random Heroes IL's Kristian Mossige played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjetil Sandersen in the 69th minute of play. Random Heroes IL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eirik Bartnes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hans-Petter Kielland hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When Eirik Bartnes came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Random Heroes IL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eirik Bartnes couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Eirik Bartnes sped through Frakken BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kjell Hagland. Kristian Mossige made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simen Stenersen in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute, Eirik Bartnes made a precise shot to the right of Kjell Hagland. Frakken BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Eirik Bartnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96thth minute of the game Eirik Bartnes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frakken BK's Kjell Hagland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
