Jon Klepp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Christian Eggan made a huge save. 8 minutes into the match, Beachboys BK's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Solstrand came free, but Christian Eggan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Jon Klepp took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Christian Eggan to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Jon Klepp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carlsberg IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon Klepp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Eggan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Beachboys BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Linus Fossnes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Beachboys BK's Christian Eggan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Fossnes in the 17th minute of play. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Jon Klepp sped through Beachboys BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christian Eggan. Guglielmo Panno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Walstad in the 23rd minute of play. Mikael Iqbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guglielmo Panno having to interfere. If Casper Solstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st match minute, Carlsberg IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jøran Hjelmeland to maneuver through the defense. When Mikael Iqbal came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Beachboys BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Iqbal couldn't finish the play. After 35 played minutes Carlsberg IF got a freekick which was hit by Casper Solstrand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Iqbal in the 36th minute of play forced Carlsberg IF's goalkeeper Guglielmo Panno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tore-Andre Hveem came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Beachboys BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tore-Andre Hveem couldn't finish the play. Guglielmo Panno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Iqbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Tore-Andre Hveem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beachboys BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tore-Andre Hveem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guglielmo Panno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guglielmo Panno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tore-Andre Hveem in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tore-Andre Hveem to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Carlsberg IF's Casper Solstrand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Eggan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Mikael Iqbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Beachboys BK booed when Carlsberg IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jøran Hjelmeland didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristian Røvik's late challenge caught a Carlsberg IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kristian Røvik helped the player get up and apologised. 69 minutes into the game, one of Beachboys BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tore-Andre Hveem in the 74th minute of play forced Carlsberg IF's goalkeeper Guglielmo Panno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tore-Andre Hveem in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guglielmo Panno saved Carlsberg IF from getting behind. After 81 played minutes Beachboys BK got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Vartdal. 91 minutes into the game, Casper Solstrand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carlsberg IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beachboys BK the free kick. In the 91st minute, Casper Solstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 100 minutes had been played when some careless play by Beachboys BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stian Heggelund was slow to take the kick. During this time Carlsberg IF's players had a chance to rest. Carlsberg IF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
