Jon Klepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Øivind Sture having to interfere. Guglielmo Panno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steinar Selmer in the 11th minute of the match. Felix Askim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Guglielmo Panno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Felix Askim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fyske FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Askim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Steinar Selmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Guglielmo Panno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carlsberg IF's zone, Felix Askim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guglielmo Panno came out of the goal and Felix Askim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Steinar Selmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Askim kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Carlsberg IF's Jon Klepp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Øivind Sture made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After taking down the ball on Fyske FF's corner Theodor Digernes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Guglielmo Panno quite easily take care of the ball. If Jon Klepp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Fyske FF's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Solstrand came free, but Øivind Sture reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Askim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Guglielmo Panno made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jon Klepp made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Fyske FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Ekeli to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Carlsberg IF's Øivind Sture threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Linus Fossnes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 61 minutes, Felix Askim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fyske FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Askim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 64 played minutes Carlsberg IF got a freekick which was hit by Tor-Andre Rikardsen. When Theodor Digernes came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Fyske FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theodor Digernes couldn't finish the play. Guglielmo Panno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Askim in the 70th minute of play. If Steinar Selmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th match minute, Fyske FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theodor Digernes to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes in the game Stian Heggelund got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Guglielmo Panno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steinar Selmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carlsberg IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Theodor Digernes was slow to take the kick. During this time Fyske FF's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Frode Ringnes to score against Guglielmo Panno in Carlsberg IF's goal. 1-2 after 86 minutes. After 90 minutes, Øyvind Reiten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carlsberg IF and the Fyske FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Øyvind Reiten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steinar Selmer scored 2-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guglielmo Panno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
