Gjæsvær BK's Albert Øverbø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ådne Lavik in the 21st minute of play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Reidar Toresen sped through Finvaag's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Johan Lysgård. If Jon-Erik Leirdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 31 played minutes Finvaag got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Holmefjord. A hard shot 32 in the game by Jon-Erik Leirdal from a close distance when the talented Johan Lysgård managed to make a qualified save. Finvaag's players were relieved. Reidar Toresen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 34th playminute. When Jon-Erik Leirdal came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Gjæsvær BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon-Erik Leirdal couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the match, Finvaag's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Erik Leirdal came free, but Johan Lysgård reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 minutes, Mads Huse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Finvaag and the Gjæsvær BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Johan Lysgård showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon-Erik Leirdal, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Ole Meling kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Marius Høvik shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albert Øverbø showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 65th minute, Ådne Lavik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albert Øverbø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ådne Lavik in the 69th minute of the match. Jon-Erik Leirdal succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Ådne Lavik kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Johan Lysgård stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reidar Toresen's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that Gjæsvær BK were the better team. Gjæsvær BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
