Spectators: 7967 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 124) Simen Brekken started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Adrian Strande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terje Solbakk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Strande in the 6th minute of play forced Bjørkeåsen IF's goalkeeper Terje Solbakk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Halsne FF's Karsten Bergland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Terje Solbakk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Bjørkeåsen IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Rød to maneuver through the defense. Terje Solbakk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simen Brekken, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Håvard Hasle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Julius Nystrøm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Håvard Hasle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Adrian Johanssen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bjørkeåsen IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Halsne FF the free kick. Adrian Johanssen kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Sven Wiggen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Nystrøm. Halsne FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven Wiggen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Terje Solbakk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simen Brekken in the 33rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Håvard Hasle sped through Halsne FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julius Nystrøm. Karsten Bergland scored 3-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Terje Solbakk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Terje Solbakk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Strande in the 45th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Halsne FF got a freekick which was hit by Erik Bredesen. Sven Wiggen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Håvard Hasle to strike the kick off in the second half. Håvard Hasle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Julius Nystrøm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 54 minutes on the clock, Jørgen Tande commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 56 minutes in the game Thomas Egeland got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Karsten Bergland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Terje Solbakk. That made the score 3-3 in the 58 minute of play. After 69 played minutes Bjørkeåsen IF got a freekick which was hit by David Kaupang. After having played for 70 minutes, Erik Bredesen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Halsne FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Bredesen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julius Nystrøm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristen Vestbø's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, David Kaupang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Bjørkeåsen IF's Terje Solbakk got control of the ball when Adrian Strande tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simen Brekken in the 83rd minute of play forced Bjørkeåsen IF's goalkeeper Terje Solbakk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bjørkeåsen IF's Terje Solbakk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karsten Bergland in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute Andreas Rød suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vetle Isachsen during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vetle Isachsen hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Terje Solbakk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Egeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Terje Solbakk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Egeland in the 90th minute. Bjørkeåsen IF's Terje Solbakk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Bjørkeåsen IF from getting a goal against them. In the 96th match minute, Halsne FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Strande to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
