In the 3rd minute, Henning Valderhaug left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liagarda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Liagarda's Ole Valberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Liagarda from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Liagarda defense, Halvor Almaas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ole Valberg. The Liagarda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ole Valberg should have stopped the shot. DeMarcus Baker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sander Hatlestad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. DeMarcus Baker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sander Hatlestad in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vindix spartans's Philip Høiby got a free kick in the 17th minute. Gard Granerud's late challenge caught a Liagarda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gard Granerud helped the player get up and apologised. Gard Granerud hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Vindix spartans's DeMarcus Baker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Valderhaug in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Liagarda booed when Vindix spartans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tore Gaustad didn't get a good kick on the ball. DeMarcus Baker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Valderhaug, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. DeMarcus Baker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sander Hatlestad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Liagarda's goal looked a bit too open when Jostein Strømme came free, but Ole Valberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Ragnar Ørmen made a precise shot to the right of DeMarcus Baker. Vindix spartans's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. DeMarcus Baker came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Liagarda's Ragnar Ørmen. But to his dismay, Ragnar Ørmen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 42 played minutes Liagarda got a freekick which was hit by Henning Valderhaug. The supporters of Vindix spartans booed when Liagarda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeppe Lian didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Vindix spartans players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Liagarda were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sander Hatlestad to make the kick off. DeMarcus Baker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henning Valderhaug in the 51st minute. Ragnar Ørmen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but DeMarcus Baker made a huge save. Ole Valberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gard Granerud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Vindix spartans's DeMarcus Baker got control of the ball when Ragnar Ørmen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vindix spartans's DeMarcus Baker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Vindix spartans from getting a goal against them. In the 71st match minute, Liagarda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigurd Tveita to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Liagarda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gard Granerud was slow to take the kick. During this time Vindix spartans's players had a chance to rest. DeMarcus Baker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sander Hatlestad in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Ørmen in the 78th minute of play forced Vindix spartans's goalkeeper DeMarcus Baker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ragnar Ørmen kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Gard Granerud struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ole Valberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vindix spartans. Ole Valberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gard Granerud's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Vindix spartans's goal looked a bit too open when Sander Hatlestad came free, but DeMarcus Baker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henning Valderhaug took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised DeMarcus Baker. DeMarcus Baker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. In the 95th match minute, Vindix spartans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tore Gaustad to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Liagarda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vindix spartans.
