Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marius Misund started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Runar Melbye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars-Erik Nissen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lasse Nordengen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kristian Skårdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Espen Odden in the 13th minute of the match. In the 16thth minute of the game Espen Odden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kamsvåg's Kristian Skårdal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vestbygden's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tim Truong 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Mads Solstad put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kristian Skårdal. After 37 minutes, Sigve Lenes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kamsvåg and the Vestbygden players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sigve Lenes kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Thomas Meling came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Vestbygden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Meling couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Espen Odden stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Marius Misund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st minute, Mads Solstad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vestbygden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marius Misund in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lasse Nordengen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristian Skårdal made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Mads Solstad sent off a good shot on target. When Mads Solstad fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vestbygden's protests and gave Mads Solstad a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Mads Solstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Vestbygden's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Nissen came free, but Lasse Nordengen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match, Espen Odden tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kristian Skårdal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 80th play minutes Marius Misund shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Lasse Nordengen and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 85th minute, Lars-Erik Nissen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the game, Runar Melbye was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kamsvåg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vestbygden the free kick. After 87 played minutes Kamsvåg got a freekick which was hit by Runar Melbye. Kamsvåg's Sigve Lenes got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Sigve Lenes off the ground. Sigve Lenes kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Bjørnar Opdahl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristian Skårdal having to make a save. Kristian Skårdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espen Odden in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Espen Odden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Skårdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute Marius Misund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lasse Nordengen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
