In the 37th minute, Dagfinn Friestad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Lars-Olav Midtgård was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dagfinn Friestad to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Skjervøy FC booed when Sæter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linus Eide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dagfinn Friestad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sæter's Geir Lundhaug got a free kick in the 96th minute. Skjervøy FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
