In the 37th minute, Thor Molund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lambertseter's goalkeeper Thomas Steinsvik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thomas Steinsvik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Rognan in the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half Schwinet were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Finn-Christian Beck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Lambertseter's zone, Thor Molund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Steinsvik came out of the goal and Thor Molund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Molund in the 56th minute of play forced Lambertseter's goalkeeper Thomas Steinsvik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Schwinet's Thor Molund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Steinsvik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Lambertseter's zone, Ole-Gunnar Leirdal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Steinsvik came out of the goal and Ole-Gunnar Leirdal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thor Molund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Steinsvik having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Ole-Gunnar Leirdal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schwinet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ole-Gunnar Leirdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90thth minute of the game Thor Molund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lambertseter's Thomas Steinsvik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ole-Gunnar Leirdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Lambertseter booed when Schwinet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Rognan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Fredrik Johnson made a precise shot to the right of Kenneth Ueland. Schwinet's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. When the match was over Schwinet could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lambertseter throughout the match.
