Bernt Digre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederick Velkeneers, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 14 minutes Sjunkan BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frederick Velkeneers who took care of the corner kick. 18 minutes into the match, TsF Rognan's goalkeeper Zbyszko Oborski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Lindseth. Casper Halse succeeded in the game's 20th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Zbyszko Oborski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Halse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Josef Kielland notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Sjunkan BK's Bernt Digre. Bernt Digre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Sjunkan BK booed when TsF Rognan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederick Velkeneers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josef Kielland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Bernt Digre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Josef Kielland came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the TsF Rognan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josef Kielland couldn't finish the play. TsF Rognan's Frederick Velkeneers got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernt Digre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bent Skagen in the 44th minute of play. If Josef Kielland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half TsF Rognan were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josef Kielland to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, TsF Rognan's Josef Kielland got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 63 played minutes TsF Rognan got a freekick which was hit by Frederick Velkeneers. Casper Halse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zbyszko Oborski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Dahle, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Sjunkan BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Øivind Robertsen in the 71st minute. The supporters of TsF Rognan booed when Sjunkan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Børge Ekstrøm didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Eilif Fjeldberg from long distance, 76 minutes into the match, got Bernt Digre's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Chris Dahle's late challenge caught a TsF Rognan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Dahle helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, Sjunkan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Dahle to maneuver through the defense. Erik Lindseth ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernt Digre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Kielland in the 94th minute of the match. If Erik Lindseth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
