To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Frederick Velkeneers managed to get in a good position for a shot. TsF Rognan's supporters rose to their feet, but Frederick Velkeneers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frode Lyngås breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sebastian Herheim fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blodskudt's protests and gave Sebastian Herheim a yellow card for diving instead. Blodskudt's Frode Lyngås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Kielland in the 17th minute of play. If Josef Kielland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half TsF Rognan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Josef Kielland made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Niklas Nistad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Oborski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josef Kielland got free with Frode Lyngås in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, Josef Kielland dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Frode Lyngås, 0-3. Frode Lyngås showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederick Velkeneers in the 69th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Blodskudt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Herheim to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, TsF Rognan's Josef Kielland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frode Lyngås. Frode Lyngås yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Josef Kielland took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Frode Lyngås to make any attempt to save it. Niklas Nistad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszko Oborski having to interfere. In the 88th minute Frederick Velkeneers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frode Lyngås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszko Oborski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Nistad in the 89th minute of play. Niklas Nistad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Zbyszko Oborski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute of the match, Frederick Velkeneers got a very nice opportunity to score, but Frode Lyngås was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the final whistle sounded TsF Rognan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Blodskudt.
