With a left leg Jim Slyngstad saved Lokomotiv Såta from getting behind. Jim Slyngstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon-Egil Nybråten, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute, Kenneth Oftedal made a precise shot to the right of Jim Slyngstad. Lokomotiv Såta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Mons Storvik came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Stormblåst fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mons Storvik couldn't finish the play. After 15 minutes, Kenneth Justad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lokomotiv Såta and the Stormblåst players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lokomotiv Såta getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Kenneth Justad hit a great ball. Jim Slyngstad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon-Egil Nybråten's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When Jon-Egil Nybråten came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Stormblåst fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon-Egil Nybråten couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the game, Peder Olberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stormblåst's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lokomotiv Såta the free kick. A collision led to Stormblåst getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Peder Olberg hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Stormo got free with Simen Larsson in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jim Slyngstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Oftedal in the 24th minute of play. Dan Stormo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Stormblåst's Kristoffer Mæland got a free kick in the 26th minute. Lokomotiv Såta's Jim Slyngstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Egil Nybråten in the 35th minute of play. Jim Slyngstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon-Egil Nybråten in the 39th minute of the match. Sivert Wennevold took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simen Larsson. Simen Larsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After having played for 47 minutes, Kenneth Oftedal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stormblåst's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kenneth Oftedal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Jon-Egil Nybråten made the kick off in the second half. Simen Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor-Kristian Eidem in the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Kenneth Oftedal could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Jim Slyngstad however easily saved by the left post. Jim Slyngstad was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jon-Egil Nybråten showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 61 minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Såta's goalkeeper Jim Slyngstad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hauk Eikås. Jon-Egil Nybråten scored 1-4 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jim Slyngstad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Tor-Kristian Eidem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Stormo in the 77th minute of play forced Stormblåst's goalkeeper Simen Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Olgierd Wallach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Jon-Egil Nybråten dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jim Slyngstad, 1-5. Stormblåst's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
