After 13 played minutes Morten Tømmervik rounded Storhamar Fotball's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. 17 minutes into the game, Ivar Sandstad threw the ball into play from the sideline. Club Real Cochabamba's Roald Førre quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 21st minute of the match, Roald Førre got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erik Eiken was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 23rd minute Anders Aspen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Eiken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morten Tømmervik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Eiken having to interfere. Erik Eiken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Runar Bryne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Jensrud scored 2-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Kjelstad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Storhamar Fotball's Erik Eiken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Aspen in the 33rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Morten Tømmervik took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Erik Eiken to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Erik Eiken successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Club Real Cochabamba's Trygve Brenden was substituted for Dag Gundersen. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Morten Tømmervik to make the kick off. Erik Eiken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morten Tømmervik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eilif Sagbakken hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute Herman Øiseth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Eiken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Club Real Cochabamba booed when Storhamar Fotball was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Øyvind Espe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Eiken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niki Surbakti in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Morten Tømmervik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Real Cochabamba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1. Roald Førre kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Ivar Sandstad in the 87th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Real Cochabamba's Roald Førre. Hans Hagland took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erik Eiken. Erik Eiken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Real Cochabamba had played much better football throughout.
