Ferdinand Kausar kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Kim-André Bragstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Sivert Espeseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fenstad FK's Oddbjørn Nyland got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Oddbjørn Nyland off the ground. The Holstad fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Holstad's Harald Ekelund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Sivert Espeseth when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Linus Naustdal's late challenge caught a Fenstad FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Linus Naustdal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, Holstad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linus Naustdal to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Holstad's zone, Xabi Alonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sivert Espeseth came out of the goal and Xabi Alonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kim-André Bragstad's late challenge caught a Holstad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kim-André Bragstad helped the player get up and apologised. For all the effort they put into the match, the Holstad players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fenstad FK.
