Spectators: 8482 (Terracing: 6363, Seating: 1950, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Johan Sævik took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Leon Jenssen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kovlands IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Jenssen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leon Jenssen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Kjelstad having to interfere. In the 6th minute Johan Sævik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Kjelstad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Espen Husøy in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Real Cochabamba's Runar Bryne. Martin Kjelstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Jenssen in the 16th minute of play. Dag Anderssen took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Kjelstad. Martin Kjelstad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Martin Kjelstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dag Anderssen in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Leon Jenssen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Martin Kjelstad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Martin Kjelstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Sævik in the 29th minute of play. Martin Kjelstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Sævik in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 33rd match minute, Club Real Cochabamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roald Førre to maneuver through the defense. Johan Sævik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Aspen in the 45th minute of play forced Kovlands IF's goalkeeper Leonard Gregersen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Kjelstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Jenssen in the 46th minute of play. Kovlands IF's Dag Anderssen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Martin Kjelstad in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Club Real Cochabamba made a substitution. Trygve Brenden replaced Dag Gundersen. Roald Førre hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Niki Surbakti's late challenge caught a Kovlands IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niki Surbakti helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Club Real Cochabamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niki Surbakti to maneuver through the defense. Martin Kjelstad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johan Sævik in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Kovlands IF's Oddbjørn Haugli got a free kick in the 61st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Morten Tømmervik in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Gregersen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Øren kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Marius Sjøthun kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Club Real Cochabamba got a freekick which was hit by Marius Sjøthun. The supporters of Club Real Cochabamba booed when Kovlands IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Sævik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Johan Sævik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kovlands IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan Sævik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Kjelstad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Club Real Cochabamba's Asbjørn Hornnes was substituted for Morten Tømmervik. Kovlands IF's Leonard Gregersen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asbjørn Hornnes in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kovlands IF's goalkeeper Leonard Gregersen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dag Anderssen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Martin Kjelstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Jenssen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Martin Kjelstad made a huge save. Asbjørn Hornnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Gregersen having to interfere. The Kovlands IF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
