After some careless play in the 71° Up North defense, Halvor Osnes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marius Bruheim. The 71° Up North fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marius Bruheim should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Aureliusz Poniewaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brain Dead Familia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 30 minutes into the match, Aureliusz Poniewaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marius Bruheim. 71° Up North's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aureliusz Poniewaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 33rd minute, Aureliusz Poniewaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marius Bruheim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. If Halvor Osnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 71° Up North's Marius Bruheim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Lewkowicz in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bertel Ådland made a kick off. Marius Bruheim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Poniewaz in the 52nd minute of play. Marius Bruheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Poniewaz in the 54th minute of the match. Brain Dead Familia's Halvor Osnes got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aureliusz Poniewaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marius Bruheim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliusz Poniewaz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute of the match, Halvor Osnes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marius Bruheim was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Brain Dead Familia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nikolai Selvåg in the 69th minute. The corner ended in Nikolai Selvåg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 71° Up North's Marius Bruheim did a great save. Aureliusz Poniewaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marius Bruheim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Poniewaz in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Brain Dead Familia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliusz Poniewaz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Brain Dead Familia booed when 71° Up North was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon-Arne Fjell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brain Dead Familia made a substitution. Oğuzer Selim replaced Halvor Osnes. 71° Up North's Marius Bruheim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save 71° Up North from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the 71° Up North defense, Oğuzer Selim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marius Bruheim. The 71° Up North fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marius Bruheim should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliusz Poniewaz in the 93rd minute of play forced 71° Up North's goalkeeper Marius Bruheim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Brain Dead Familia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than 71° Up North throughout the match.
