Ymse FK's Kristian Opstad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Ymse FK from getting a goal against them. In the 10th minute, Severin Leonhardsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FK Norefjell Viking's Sam-Lucas Raniers got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sam-Lucas Raniers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Kristian Opstad made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as FK Norefjell Viking's Phaiakes Bertsimas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kristian Opstad. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. Kristian Opstad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam-Lucas Raniers in the 22nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FK Norefjell Viking's Phaiakes Bertsimas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kristian Opstad. That made the score 2-0 after 24 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phaiakes Bertsimas in the 30th minute of play forced Ymse FK's goalkeeper Kristian Opstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Phaiakes Bertsimas lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Kristian Opstad. 41 minutes in the game, Phaiakes Bertsimas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kristian Opstad having to interfere. 41 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FK Norefjell Viking's Phaiakes Bertsimas fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Phaiakes Bertsimas to make the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Phaiakes Bertsimas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ymse FK's Kristian Opstad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Ymse FK's goal looked a bit too open when Phaiakes Bertsimas came free, but Kristian Opstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, FK Norefjell Viking's Sam-Lucas Raniers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Opstad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After 64 minutes, Phaiakes Bertsimas made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ymse FK's Kristian Opstad tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sam-Lucas Raniers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Opstad having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Ymse FK got a freekick which was hit by Tore Buene. Kristian Opstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolai Solstad in the 72nd minute of play. Ymse FK's Kristian Opstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam-Lucas Raniers in the 73rd minute of play. After 77 played minutes Ymse FK got a freekick which was hit by Svend Handeland. 82 minutes into the match, Linus Flatmo notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Ymse FK's Kristian Opstad. Kristian Opstad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute, Sam-Lucas Raniers made a precise shot to the right of Kristian Opstad. Ymse FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. There was no doubt that FK Norefjell Viking were the better team. FK Norefjell Viking's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
