Kristian Opstad was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Idar Tømmervik capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Idar Tømmervik really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Fiasco da Gama's Idar Tømmervik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristian Opstad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Idar Tømmervik came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Fiasco da Gama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Idar Tømmervik couldn't finish the play. Vegard Clausen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Kristian Opstad made a huge save. When Adam Bergsland fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fiasco da Gama's protests and gave Adam Bergsland a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fiasco da Gama fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! Peder Tungland walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Kristian Opstad made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Vegard Clausen sent off a good shot on target. Hugo Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristian Opstad was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Idar Tømmervik capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Idar Tømmervik really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Idar Tømmervik was the one to do the kick off. Kristian Opstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vegard Clausen, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Idar Tømmervik in the 53rd minute of play forced Ymse FK's goalkeeper Kristian Opstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Idar Tømmervik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fiasco da Gama's goalkeeper Arthur Tjelle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 62 minutes, Frode Vågenes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fiasco da Gama and the Ymse FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ymse FK booed when Fiasco da Gama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frode Vågenes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Idar Tømmervik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Kristian Opstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Berg during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Vegard Clausen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Vegard Clausen came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Fiasco da Gama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vegard Clausen couldn't finish the play. In the 79thth minute of the game Idar Tømmervik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ymse FK's Kristian Opstad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Fiasco da Gama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Schøyen to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 86 minutes, Chris Vedøy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ymse FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Vedøy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Vegard Clausen sped through Ymse FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kristian Opstad. Kristian Opstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vegard Clausen in the 95th minute of the match. When Fiasco da Gama's Idar Tømmervik in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ymse FK's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee ended the match the Fiasco da Gama players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
