After 11 played minutes, Team Telin's Roar Buene shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Inge Ryeng came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Team Telin reached it. In the 13th minute Bjørnar Eide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Ryeng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christer Strandheim made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Broderick Hoey however managed to control. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fredrik Heldal during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31stth minute of the game Edgard Bjerkestrand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Telin's Andreas Bendixen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roar Buene succeeded in the game's 40th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roar Buene to strike the kick off in the second half. Roar Buene fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Ryeng having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Pepega FK's goalkeeper Inge Ryeng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bjørnar Eide. In the 74th match minute, Pepega FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Tangen to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes Pepega FK got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Tangen. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bjørnar Eide got free with Inge Ryeng in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inge Ryeng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bjørnar Eide in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roar Buene in the 84th minute of play forced Pepega FK's goalkeeper Inge Ryeng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pepega FK's Inge Ryeng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Pepega FK from getting a goal against them. After 95 minutes of play, Team Telin's Roar Buene made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inge Ryeng was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Team Telin walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
