Spectators: 8455 (Terracing: 6342, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Oscar Lidal took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Jo Hellstrøm came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Vinge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jo Hellstrøm couldn't finish the play. Anselmo Natal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Mons Bugge made a huge save. Mons Bugge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Natal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Vinge's Christian Langlo got a free kick in the 10th minute. Mons Bugge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Natal in the 12th minute of the match. Andreas Nyvoll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Runar Birkeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Øyvind Ihlen's late challenge caught a Vinge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Øyvind Ihlen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, Flöistad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Øyvind Ihlen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jo Hellstrøm in the 28th minute of play forced Flöistad's goalkeeper Andreas Nyvoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flöistad's Andreas Nyvoll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Runar Birkeland in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Runar Birkeland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Nyvoll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jo Hellstrøm scored 1-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Nyvoll, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vinge's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Oscar Lidal scored to the left of an out of position Mons Bugge, making the score, 2-1. 46 minutes into the match, Flöistad's goal looked a bit too open when Runar Birkeland came free, but Andreas Nyvoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Runar Birkeland to strike the kick off in the second half. Mons Bugge came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Flöistad's Ronny Melberg. But to his dismay, Ronny Melberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Lidal in the 58th minute of play forced Vinge's goalkeeper Mons Bugge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Anselmo Natal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Mons Bugge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Søren Liane kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Storm Lindvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Nyvoll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Jo Hellstrøm dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andreas Nyvoll, 5-2. Mons Bugge came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Flöistad's Anselmo Natal. But to his dismay, Anselmo Natal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Mons Bugge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Melberg in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Trond Buene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Lidal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mons Bugge having to make a save. Andreas Nyvoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Runar Birkeland, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Flöistad's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
