Egil Halvorsen made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Midtun Fc's Joakim Bø. Johannes Westberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lenílson Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Westberg in the 29th minute of play forced Kongsli's goalkeeper Lenílson Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lenílson Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Westberg in the 31st minute of the match. Midtun Fc were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Kongsli's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Tveter took the corner. In the 34th minute, one of Midtun Fc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Midtun Fc. Roy Jama had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Egil Halvorsen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 36th minute, Egil Halvorsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kongsli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 38 minutes, Storm Alvær mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kongsli and the Midtun Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Storm Alvær hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Johannes Westberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Johannes Westberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lenílson Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Jo Øvstebø fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lenílson Cardozo, passed just outside the right post. Kongsli's Lenílson Cardozo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Kongsli from getting a goal against them.

In the 56th minute, Jo Øvstebø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lenílson Cardozo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a rather tough play, Midtun Fc's Simen Larsson got a free kick in the 66th minute. Dag Tvedt made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Midtun Fc's Joakim Bø. A collision led to Midtun Fc getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Kåre Bore hit a great ball. Jo Øvstebø recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johannes Westberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lenílson Cardozo having to interfere. Lenílson Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jo Øvstebø, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Johannes Westberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lenílson Cardozo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Westberg's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Wincenty Pinczewski's late challenge caught a Midtun Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wincenty Pinczewski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kongsli's Wincenty Pinczewski got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Jo Øvstebø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
