In the 45th minute of the match, Eric Langen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ståle Nyvold saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eric Langen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Eric Langen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ståle Nyvold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iraki's Ståle Nyvold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnnie Ekström in the 73rd minute of play. Ståle Nyvold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnnie Ekström in the 80th minute of the match. Ståle Nyvold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Langen in the 83rd minute of play.
