Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jan Standal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Flygansvær FF's goalkeeper Christoffer Ringen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roald Nerheim. After having played for 7 minutes, Roald Nerheim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Østabø's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roald Nerheim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Standal in the 16th minute of play forced Flygansvær FF's goalkeeper Christoffer Ringen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marius Fjærli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ståle Kvarme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarle Aamodt in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Østabø's zone, Jøran Sander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ståle Kvarme came out of the goal and Jøran Sander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Standal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Christoffer Ringen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ståle Kvarme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Fjærli in the 36th minute of the match. Roald Nerheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Christoffer Ringen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Roald Nerheim took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Christoffer Ringen to make any attempt to save it. In the 44th minute, Jarle Aamodt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lars Myrvoll kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Lars Myrvoll made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Jarle Aamodt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ståle Kvarme was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Ådne Hågensen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ståle Kvarme. Østabø's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ådne Hågensen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Østabø's goalkeeper Ståle Kvarme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ståle Kvarme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarle Aamodt, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Ådne Hågensen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ståle Kvarme was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Lars Myrvoll took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Ståle Kvarme to make any attempt to save it. Christoffer Ringen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Standal in the 76th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Marius Fjærli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ståle Kvarme. Østabø's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marius Fjærli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. If Peter Myrdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Østabø's Ståle Kvarme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Østabø from getting a goal against them. The Østabø fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Flygansvær FF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
