Spectators: 8413 (Terracing: 6363, Seating: 1950, VIP seats: 100) MCFC's Andreas Karlsen got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Heine Giese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarle Aamodt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes into the game, Jarle Aamodt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Heine Giese was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, Flygansvær FF's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Karlsen came free, but Christoffer Ringen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christoffer Ringen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Asmund Fosen in the 10th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Johnnie Ekström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christoffer Ringen. That made the score 1-1 in the 11 minute of play. Flygansvær FF's Christoffer Ringen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Flygansvær FF from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jøran Sander during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. MCFC's Rune Holter was substituted for Robert Lind. After a rather tough play, Flygansvær FF's Jøran Sander got a free kick in the 20th minute. Truls Thune kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Andreas Karlsen might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christoffer Ringen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andreas Karlsen ran back to his position shaking his head. Flygansvær FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Eric Langen scored to the left of an out of position Christoffer Ringen, making the score, 2-1. Christoffer Ringen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Karlsen in the 41st minute of the match. Christoffer Ringen stood somewhat misplaced when Eric Langen came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 41 minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eric Langen in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christoffer Ringen saved Flygansvær FF from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eric Langen made a kick off. If Andreas Karlsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Flygansvær FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarle Aamodt to maneuver through the defense. MCFC's Heine Giese proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save MCFC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Flygansvær FF's Cai Khan got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 61st play minutes Eric Langen shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Christoffer Ringen and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 72nd minute, Eric Langen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MCFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After 75 minutes, Ådne Hågensen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flygansvær FF and the MCFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Flygansvær FF's Ådne Hågensen got a free kick in the 75th minute. Marius Fjærli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute, Marius Fjærli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heine Giese was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. After 84 minutes of play, MCFC's Andreas Karlsen made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christoffer Ringen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eric Langen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Johnnie Ekström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christoffer Ringen was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. There was no doubt that MCFC were the better team. MCFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
