The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Silvio Gaizkine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lars Nekstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Runar Myrland, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Arty Benson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 狄旭适 having to interfere. Runar Myrland did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Lars Nekstad 7 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Kåsmolia's Lars Nekstad got control of the ball when Silvio Gaizkine tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 10 minutes, Silvio Gaizkine made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kåsmolia's Lars Nekstad tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Øyvind Sletten kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the last second Lars Nekstad throw himself and got hold of the ball when Runar Myrland in the 14thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, Kåsmolia's Kenneth Andersen got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 19 minutes, Erik Myhrvold mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PERSIA FC and the Kåsmolia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes PERSIA FC got a freekick which was hit by Erik Myhrvold. 24 minutes into the game, Runar Myrland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lars Nekstad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kåsmolia's goalkeeper Lars Nekstad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kåsmolia's Kåre Breistein got a free kick in the 30th minute. When Kåre Breistein fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kåsmolia's protests and gave Kåre Breistein a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes Kåsmolia got a freekick which was hit by Kåre Breistein. Silvio Gaizkine did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Lars Nekstad 33 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, PERSIA FC's Runar Myrland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lars Nekstad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute PERSIA FC were awarded a corner. Torvald Halvorsen went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, Kåsmolia's Lars Nekstad got control of the ball when Runar Myrland tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of PERSIA FC booed when Kåsmolia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Stenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Runar Myrland might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lars Nekstad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Runar Myrland ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47thth minute of the game Runar Myrland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kåsmolia's Lars Nekstad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

PERSIA FC's Richard Sandmo was substituted for Svetlozar Tzonev. PERSIA FC's Alatz De Pedro was substituted for Ronny Aasgaard. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Runar Myrland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Runar Myrland made a precise shot to the right of Lars Nekstad. Kåsmolia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kåsmolia's goalkeeper Lars Nekstad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Silvio Gaizkine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars Nekstad was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Silvio Gaizkine might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lars Nekstad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvio Gaizkine ran back to his position shaking his head. 71 minutes into the match, PERSIA FC's Runar Myrland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lars Nekstad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Runar Myrland came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the PERSIA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Runar Myrland couldn't finish the play. Lars Nekstad came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by PERSIA FC's Silvio Gaizkine. But to his dismay, Silvio Gaizkine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 88th minute, Runar Myrland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PERSIA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. A collision led to Kåsmolia getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Arty Benson hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Gil Vieira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PERSIA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kåsmolia the free kick. Gil Vieira hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 狄旭适 made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Kenneth Sommerseth sent off a good shot on target. When the referee ended the match the PERSIA FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
